Laraaji is a mystical musician and composer, considered a pioneer of the new age.
He became known for collaborating with Brian Eno on the album Ambient 3: Day of Radiance, released in 1980 and part of the British composer’s Ambient quadrilogy. Laraaji’s pieces are long cosmic jams for table zither, m’bira and piano.
