Lino “Capra” Vaccina is a legend of Italian Minimalism, a pioneer of sound experimentation and co-founder of the historic formations Aktuala and Telaio Magnetico (with Franco Battiato).
His first solo record ‘Antico Adagio‘ in 1978 is a milestones in the European Minimalism, and after almost 50 years of career, he released 16 records and collaborated with many renowned musician such as Mai Mai Mai (2025), Markus Stockhausen and Alireza Mortazavi (2022), Untitled Noise (2019) and many other.
Lino masters the art of the creation of a suspended sound environment, by layering hypnotic and ethereal atmospheres of piano, vibraphones, metal percussions, and electronics.
